Description
30 Volume Cream Oxidizer is a hydrogen peroxide (also known as hydrogen peroxide) solution that is commonly used in the cosmetics industry to lighten hair. It is called "30 volumes" because it contains approximately 9% hydrogen peroxide, which is equivalent to 30 volumes of oxygen released per volume of solution.
The 30 volume oxidizer is stronger than the 20 volume oxidizer and less strong than the 40 volume oxidizer. It is used to lighten hair up to three shades and can also be used to cover gray hair.
It is ideal for mixing with ammonia-free dyes and Tassel dyes.
